Job summary
Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr Product Manager (Tech) to lead state-of-the-art solutions measuring and improving the shopping experience. You will own CX and supply‑chain metrics, work with BI, data engineering, and research teams, and deliver AI-powered insights to drive adoption across a global user base.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years in product/program management.
- Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience delivering features in a technical product.
- Experience communicating with senior leadership.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and vision, own roadmap and related literature.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to drive product roadmaps.
- Own production of business metrics for Availability data-products and insights.
- Lead technical product development for new strategic initiatives.
- Prepare documentation for senior executives and align roadmap with strategic objectives.
- Evangelize new features to internal customers and track adoption.
