Job summary

Confiz is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join one of our largest retail clients in Seattle, WA. This role will own the Communications Platform (CSP) product, with primary responsibility for the ongoing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) migration, requiring strong PM experience across MarTech, CRM, and ESP platforms.

You will partner with engineering, Adobe, and business teams to optimize customer communications across email, push, and SMS, and drive strategy on channel selection

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in a tech-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CS, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ESP platforms (AJO/AEM or similar).
• Experience with data feeds and reporting pipelines (BigQuery, Looker, GA4).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, prioritized specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the remaining phases of the AJO migration, including lifecycle journeys and upcoming communication preferences.
• Serve as the primary product contact for the Adobe relationship and coordination with Adobe Consulting Services and delivery partners.
• Partner with CSP Platform Engineering on improvements to communication capabilities and data integrations.
• Translate business needs with CRM, Loyalty, and Marketing teams into clear requirements.
• Define and drive communication strategy, including channel selection, frequency, and collision control.
