Kraken is a mission-focused crypto company with a global remote team. We are seeking a senior product manager to lead on-chain crypto products, custody, and cross-chain liquidity initiatives, collaborating across product, engineering, data, design, and operations.

You will own initiatives from inception through launch, set roadmaps, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management in tech, deep crypto custody know-how, and strong

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in a technology company.
Deep understanding of crypto custody and wallet management.
Experience across full product lifecycle from inception to consumer launch.
Proven ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to exercise technical and product judgment to resolve roadblocks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS or related fields.

Responsibilities

Manage product initiatives from inception to completion, including custody and cross-chain liquidity management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key product development programs.
Establish roadmaps, milestones, anticipate and manage risks, and scale launches.
Establish and manage communication artifacts, reporting formats, and tools to scale product operations.
Operate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly growing crypto environment with a methodical, analytical mindset.
