Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Platform Product Manager for Payward Services to own end-to-end roadmaps and ship regulated B2B2C products (KYC/KYB, lending, APIs) from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with Engineering to define requirements and ensure product flows scale in a regulated environment.

As part of a fully remote, globally distributed team, you’ll partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to translate roadmap priorities into shipped products that meet regulatory standards and customer

Qualifications

Strong product management experience with end-to-end roadmaps for B2B/B2B2C products.
Experience building platform products (APIs/infrastructure) in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and build-out for B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, APIs).
Define requirements, partner with Engineering, drive concept-to-launch execution.
Deep-dive into product flows to identify bottlenecks and scale considerations.
Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ship product.
Collaborate with Regulatory teams to ensure compliance is embedded in design and build.
Support US-regulated operational functions as needed to keep product work moving.
