Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or business analysis for software products in financial services, tech, or startups.
• Experience with user-centric design, software development lifecycle, and testing.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving with actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with APIs, web app architecture, and data concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy with measurable OKRs and alignment across teams.
• Synthesize user needs and requirements into clear specs, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Shape and prioritize the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders across business units.
• Co-create target-state front-office experience using design thinking and rapid prototyping.
• Drive data-informed decisions through analysis of large datasets to guide design and adoption.
• Own release readiness and end-to-end testing with engineering and scrum teams.
• Guide go-to-market, rollout, and change-management planning to accelerate adoption.
