Job summary

Audible is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech, Creator Products to lead creator-oriented products such as ACX. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive KPI-driven outcomes for authors, publishers, and narrators, shaping the product strategy and roadmap.

You will translate customer needs into scalable features, balance ambitious ideas with incremental impact, and relentlessly pursue growth and monetization opportunities across creation, growth, and monetization domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience maintaining a product roadmap and leading software delivery with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in agile, lean product management on high-velocity teams.
• Product experience with creators, rights holders, or two-sided marketplaces is preferred.
• Go-to-market experience with consumer tech products is desirable.
• Demonstrated data-driven product leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Audible’s creators and the customer experience.
• Write functional requirements with product marketing, UX and insights stakeholders.
• Use lean development tools to drive strategic product decisions.
• Develop and own a product roadmap with KPIs and measurement.
• Frame and lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders to build consensus.
• Identify opportunities to balance big ideas with incremental impact for customers.
• Manage dependencies and unblock teams to optimize discovery and delivery.
• Proactively communicate product metrics and insights for business impact.
• Support long-term strategy and roadmap for Creator Products globally.
• Identify new Creator Product opportunities across creation, growth, and monetization.
