Job summary

EarnIn in Mountain View is seeking an experienced full-stack engineering leader to head the Early Bets team. You will balance hands-on coding with team management, guiding architecture and delivery of early-stage products designed to boost retention and revenue.

You will embed AI-native practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with peers across product, analytics, and mobile/backend groups to deliver high-impact features at speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in an IC or EM capacity.
• Ability to architect and write clean, scalable code while mentoring others.
• Comfort collaborating with PMs, Analysts, and mobile/backend engineers.
• Experience leading teams delivering high-quality infrastructure outputs.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-native workflows and tools for planning and coding.

Responsibilities

• Own performance management lifecycle for the team, including feedback, calibration, and development planning.
• Partner with product and cross-functional teams to translate goals into strategic technical roadmaps.
• Drive architecture and implementation of new features with scalable, high-impact design.
• Recruit and develop a top-tier engineering team and foster a culture of technical excellence.
