Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for the US Card Servicing & Core Modernization initiative in New York. You will lead strategic delivery, align cross-functional teams, and drive the migration to a modernized core platform.

The role requires strong product leadership, backlog discipline, and collaboration with Tech Leads to ensure Day 1/Day 2 readiness for customers and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, CS, etc.) or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Ability to manage product backlog and coordinate with Tech Leads and Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform across multiple channels and tenants.
• Bridge the gap between Core program vision and technical reality for 5 platforms and 3 tenants.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers.
