You will create strategy, drive roadmaps, build prototypes, and lead day-to-day prioritization with partners across teams, delivering world-class experiences for associates and HR business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or in Business/Marketing.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a broader strategy and build a roadmap for Core HR products.
• Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with partner groups.
• Build prototypes and partner with Tech to deliver world-class experiences for associates and HR teams.
• Drive day-to-day prioritization of work and oversee launches with Tech.
