Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager for the AI Acceleration team to lead a cross-functional effort from initial research through solution proposals and shipping. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or related field (Statistics, Economics, OR Analytics, CS, etc.).
• Or Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred: translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle from research to proposals and shipping.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and business partners to deliver AI-enabled customer solutions.
• Define and deliver a centralized agentic evaluation and observability framework to scale safely and reliably.
