Job summary

Turno seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Core Experience to own essential workflows hosts and service providers use to run short-term rental operations. You will understand how hosts work, identify friction, and turn problems into intuitive product experiences.

You'll work with Engineering, Design, Operations, Support, and other Product teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes and drive marketplace health across features and markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, operations software, or products with complex customer journeys and multi-sided interactions.
• Strong instincts grounded in real user understanding and curiosity.
• Systems thinking to understand how multiple product areas interact while keeping customer experience coherent.
• Data fluency with KPIs, instrumentation, and BI tools.
• AI experience across product tasks and planning.
• Excellent communication to explain problems and trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the core operational experience end-to-end for hosts and service providers.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and roadmap for core experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality work.
• Define meaningful outcomes with metrics for adoption, engagement, reliability, and efficiency.
