Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Card Tech to lead strategic product initiatives across Card Core. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in McLean, VA to balance near-term needs with long-term Platform value.

You will drive AI-enabled delivery, shape product risk posture, and promote PM best practices while designing solutions that deliver customer value and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field orBusiness/Marketing required or in process.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years PM experience (if no quantitative degree).
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products preferred.
