Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for Card Core to reimagine customer experiences through technology. You will lead strategic product initiatives, balance near-term needs with long-term platform health, and work with senior stakeholders across Card to drive value.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related experience, and 4+ years in Product Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's + 4 years PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products is preferred.
• Strong product management discipline and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage interactions with senior stakeholders across Card.
• Proactively manage product risk and health posture and inform platform requirements.
• Drive product management best practices and cultivate PM discipline across the organization.
• Design best-in-class solutions for Card Core initiatives.
• Demonstrate AI proficiency to accelerate delivery and platform design.
