Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Card Tech Product Management. You will interface with senior stakeholders, balance today’s needs with future opportunities, and drive strategic product outcomes through technology.

You will lead cross-functional teams, advance product risk controls, and champion PM discipline while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate delivery and platform design across Card Core initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or related field, or Bachelor's with 4+ years PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and driving product risk management.
