Job summary

Work Truck Solutions is seeking a Staff AI Data Engineer to transform our data into customer-facing products, including demand forecasting, pricing signals, and inventory recommendations. You will architect ingestion, transformation, and enrichment pipelines, leveraging LLMs and production ML with strong verification.

You’ll partner with product and commercial teams to ensure solutions drive business impact while maintaining data quality and governance. Remote-friendly role across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Extensive data science experience with customer-facing impact.
• Proven ownership of data products that customers rely on.
• Strong statistical foundation and experimental design.
• Applied modeling across forecasting, recommendations, ranking, and entity resolution.
• Rigorous evaluation with offline/online validation and calibration.
• Product-minded with focus on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer-facing data products from concept to shipping.
• Build intelligence layers for demand forecasting, pricing, and matching.
• Collaborate with product/design on model output surfaces for dealers and upfitters.
• Define success metrics and prove impact of shipped work.
• Apply LLMs/ML to extract, structure, and enrich data with guardrails.
