Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments. This cross‑functional role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to create new payment experiences that improve repayment, conversion, and cost efficiency.

You will lead discovery through launch, framing opportunities with data, experiments, and customer insights while partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer payments or fintech (required).
• Ability to use data and experiments to drive decisions.
• Experience partnering with designers, engineers, analytics, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Improve how customers pay with Affi… and define new payment experiences.
• Identify where paying breaks down via research and data.
• Collaborate with Design and Analytics from discovery to launch.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion and cost.
• Shape payment processing for safety and cost efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships.
• Own an ambitious roadmap and present strategy to senior leaders.
