Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a consumer-facing part of the Thrive Market experience end to end. You will set the roadmap, run the experimentation program, and drive measurable outcomes with a core team that includes a product designer, an analytics partner, an engineering manager, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products, including 2+ years at the senior level owning a high-traffic surface.
• Track record of shipping consumer-facing products used directly by customers on web or mobile.
• Experience running A/B tests with measurement rigor and statistical conclusions.
• Ability to bring clarity and member-first thinking to ambiguous, fast-moving environments with cross-team communication.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and data science to turn experiment results into shipped product changes.
• Comfortable with product analytics and experimentation tooling to analyze funnel data and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Set the roadmap and strategy for your product area, identifying the biggest sources of member friction and turning them into measurable improvements.
• Build and run an experimentation program: identify opportunities, design tests, analyze results, and compound gains.
• Work daily with your core pod to ship product changes quickly.
• Present strategy and defend trade-offs to senior leaders across the company.
• Prioritize based on analytics, member insights, and experiment results rather than opinion.
