Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a consumer-facing portion of the Thrive Market experience end to end, setting the roadmap, running the experimentation program, and driving measurable outcomes.

You will work daily with a product designer, analytics partner, an engineering manager, and a team of engineers to ship changes quickly, present strategy to senior leaders, and prioritize work based on data and member insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products, including 2+ years at the senior level owning a high-traffic surface (for example search, browse, checkout, subscription, or personalization) for a recognizable consumer technology company.
• A track record of shipping consumer-facing products used directly by customers, on web or mobile.
• Experience running A/B tests and building measurement rigor, able to separate signal from noise and defend conclusions statistically.
• Ability to bring clarity and member-first thinking to ambiguous, fast-moving environments, including navigating cross-team communication to drive decisions.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and data science or analytics teams to turn experiment results into shipped product changes.

Responsibilities

• Set the roadmap and strategy for your product area, identifying the biggest sources of member friction across the shopping journey and turning them into prioritized, measurable improvements.
• Build and run an experimentation program for this surface: identify opportunities, design A/B tests, analyze results, and compound gains over time.
• Work daily with your core pod, a product designer, analytics partner, engineering manager, and 6 to 10 engineers, to ship product changes quickly.
• Present strategy and defend trade-offs to senior leaders, given how closely this part of the member experience is watched across the company.
• Prioritize based on analytics, member insights, and experiment results rather than opinion.
