You are a user-focused product leader with strong judgment, high agency, and a track record of evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

• Senior Product IC with 5+ years leading complex consumer products.
• Experience shipping complex products with measurable user and business impact.
• Consumer product ownership with cross-functional delivery.
• Evidence-based decision making using qualitative insights and experiments.
• Nice to have: loyalty/rewards, gamification, performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the core earning experience across Prodege's consumer brands.
• Lead a dedicated squad as senior IC with direction setting.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Lifecycle.
• Shape discovery, navigation, and choice across earning paths.
• Define metrics, experiments, and measures to improve outcomes.
