• 10+ years in Product Design.
• 5+ years directly managing product designers.
• Experience with AI-powered features and design for emergent capabilities.
• Strong portfolio showing leadership of high‑craft, complex products from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate design vision and strategy across consumer and business products.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product design team.
• Establish design systems and ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align design with business goals.
• Translate complex reward and loyalty mechanics into intuitive experiences across web and mobile.
• Present work and strategy to executive stakeholders with clarity.
