Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with years of experience in PEGA or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and understand business related to North American's OnStar Vehicle to Back Office (V2BO) infotainment service applications.
• Lead Product Management (strategy, planning & roadmap) in partnership with OnStar to define decision services.
• Drive innovative analytical approaches and conceptualize/execute solutions to ambiguous problems.
• Build and expand decision services and marketing solutions using Pegasystems.
• Use analytical techniques to deliver on multiple projects and troubleshoot issues during testing and development.
• Support new vehicle functionalities and strategies to integrate customer information for personalized recommendations and real-time marketing campaigns.
• Create decision strategies for complex business rules and integrate systems using Connect-SQL and Connect-SOAP/REST.
• Collaborate with colleagues to leverage best practices.
