Senior Product Manager### Senior Product ManagerApply: Hybrid: Warren, Michigan, United States of America: Full time: Posted Today: JR-202622682**Job Description****DUTIES:** Identify and understand business related to North American’s OnStar Vehicle to Back Office (V2BO) infotainment service applications. Product Management (strategy, planning & roadmap) working with OnStar business to understand the decision services that need to be put in place to support the Global Connected Customer Experience business. Drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problems. Work with software tools Pegasystems to build and expand the necessary decision services and marketing solutions. Use conventional analytical techniques to deliver on multiple projects. Troubleshoot application issues during testing and development. Support new vehicle functionalities for GM vehicles and developing strategies to integrate customer information for personalized recommendations and real-time marketing campaigns. Create decisions strategies for complex business rules and integrating various systems using Connect-SQL and integration services like Connect-SOAP and Connect-REST. Collaborate with colleagues to leverage best practices.
