Job summary

General Motors is seeking a PEGA-focused software professional to drive strategy, planning and roadmaps for V2BO infotainment services. You will work with OnStar business to define decision services and support real-time marketing campaigns.

The role requires strong Java development, PEGA Next Best Action expertise, and experience with marketing applications (Adobe Experience Platform/Manager) and cloud tech (AWS/Azure). Hybrid work model with some in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of PEGA/Software development experience.
• Experience with Java development and PEGA platform (Next Best Action) required.
• Exposure to marketing applications (Adobe Experience Platform/Manager) and cloud tech (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead product management efforts: strategy, planning, and roadmaps for V2BO infotainment services.
• Build and expand decision services using Pegasystems; support real-time marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate across teams to implement integration using Connect-SQL/Connect-REST/Connect-SOAP.
• Troubleshoot and validate applications during testing and development.
