Job summary

GE Aerospace's Connected Aircraft Navigation Systems Sr. Product Manager will lead the Flight Management Systems (FMS) product line, working with sales, engineering, contracts, finance, marketing and program management to define and execute strategy.

You will develop roadmaps, support new business opportunities, manage development, and deliver financial results, aligning customer needs, technology, and business priorities through disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in avionics, product/program management or systems engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product line strategies and roadmaps.
• Define market win strategies considering customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Present strategy updates and track progress on actions and commitments.
• Engage customers early with Sales and Customer Account Managers and represent the product line at events.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities by shaping solutions and supporting pricing and gate reviews.
• Lead cross-functional proposals with engineering, pricing, contracts, and commercial operations.
• Own investment planning for IR&D and prioritize development with engineering.
• Monitor industry trends and coordinate with program and sales teams on the opportunity pipeline.
