GE Aerospace seeks a Sr. Product Manager for Connected Aircraft Navigation Systems to lead the Flight Management Systems (FMS) product line.

You will partner across sales, engineering, contracts, finance, marketing, and program management to define strategy, roadmaps, and investments that deliver growth and customer value. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in avionics-related roles (product/program management, systems engineering, or engineering).
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• U.S. citizenship required; in-person Day 1 if remote.

• Develop, maintain, and update product line strategies and technology roadmaps for growth and competitiveness.
• Define how the product line wins by evaluating customer needs, competitive positioning, and investment priorities.
• Present strategy updates in regular business reviews and track progress on actions.
• Engage customers early with Sales and Account Managers; represent the product line at events and discussions.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities; shape solutions and support pricing and gate reviews.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop proposals with engineering, pricing, contracts, and operations.
• Own product execution for assigned programs; act as primary customer interface.
• Own investment planning for IR&D and prioritize development with engineering.
• Identify external funding opportunities and conduct proof-of-concept activities.
• Build and manage external partnerships; inform make/buy decisions.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity as market intelligence.
• Coordinate with program and sales to validate the product opportunity pipeline.
• Own marketing content for the product line; prepare presentations and collateral.
• Support IP strategy including patent reviews.
• Manage product line financial performance and forecasting.
• Provide updates to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Operate with GE Aerospace principles: lean execution, continuous improvement, customer focus.
