Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Flight Management Systems (FMS) within the Connected Aircraft portfolio. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution with sales, engineering, contracts, finance, marketing, and program management.

You will own investment planning, manage program execution, and deliver financial results, while collaborating with engineering on IP strategy and supporting the Boeing 737 FMS update program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant avionics experience (product/program management, systems engineering, or engineering).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
• U.S. citizenship status required.
• In-person attendance for New Hire Orientation on Day 1 if working remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update product line strategies and technology roadmaps to support growth and market competitiveness.
• Define how the product line will win by evaluating customer needs, competition, and investments.
• Present strategy updates in business reviews and track progress on actions.
• Engage customers early with Sales and Account Managers and represent the product line at industry events.
