Job summary

OutSolve is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the roadmap for Labor Law Poster products and our compliance SaaS platform. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and legal to deliver compliant, scalable software and related poster fulfillment tools.

The role emphasizes turning complex regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences, leading agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior PMs while shaping go-to-market plans and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, client advisory, and/or technical implementation experience in SaaS, HR tech, or compliance-related fields.
• Strong track record of delivering B2B software products end-to-end.
• Ability to translate complex legal/regulatory concepts into practical product requirements.
• Experience with Agile development practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely and across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and client needs.
• Write concise product requirements (epics, features, stories, and tasks) that capture goals and business requirements.
• Gather and prioritize requirements through customer interviews, market research, and internal feedback.
• Develop business cases for new feature development balancing compliance, scalability, and financial impact.
• Translate complex compliance workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
