Job summary
ComplianceQuest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define, build, launch, and grow next-gen Quality Management System software for manufacturing, medical devices, and more. You will own the roadmap, evangelize modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC and SCRUM processes.
You’ll work hands-on designing requirements, epics, and user stories, and translate business needs into working software.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with software product management.
- Experience delivering enterprise software through SDLC and SCRUM.
- Experience preparing business requirements and epics/user stories for engineers and QA.
- Ability to use Jira or similar tools to manage epics, user stories, defects.
- Experience collaborating with Designers, Engineers, QC, and Product Managers.
Responsibilities
- Be the product evangelist and subject matter expert for modules and features.
- Be hands-on: design, prototype, configure, validate solutions quickly.
- Prepare requirements, epics, user stories, and prototypes following SDLC/SCRUM; leverage AI.
- Lead and distill industry trends into concrete product requirements.
- Own the product roadmap and vision, enabling cross-functional adoption.
