Job summary

A leading HR compliance solutions provider is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to own the roadmap for their Form I-9 Verification product. This role involves collaboration across engineering, design, and compliance to reduce administrative burdens while leading strategic initiatives. Candidates should have extensive experience in product management, particularly in B2B software environments, and possess strong analytical, communication, and Agile skills. This position offers a fully remote work environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management or technical implementation experience in SaaS, HR tech, or compliance fields.
  • Strong track record of delivering B2B software products.
  • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into business requirements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile development practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Self‑starter comfortable working remotely and across distributed teams.

  • Act as subject matter liaison between clients, internal compliance experts, and product development teams to support client onboarding and product adoption.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market planning, product positioning, demos, and sales enablement.
  • Define and monitor overall product performance through metrics, client feedback, and adoption rates; adjust feature prioritization as needed

Our products and services span the HR compliance lifecycle, including Form I-9 verification, nondiscrimination in employment analytics, pay equity, workplace reporting, and labor law posters. As we expand our product and service offerings, we are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team to support the rapid growth of our HR compliance platform.

Position Summary

As a Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and execution for our Form I-9 Verification product. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance experts to deliver intuitive solutions that reduce administrative burden and help clients stay ahead of rapidly evolving regulatory changes. This is a highly cross‑functional role that requires both strategic vision and hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and client needs

Write concise product requirements (i.e., epics, feature, stories, and tasks) that capture the vision, goals, and detailed business requirements of new product features

Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer interviews, marketand competitive research, and internal feedback from key stakeholders

Develop business cases for new features, balancing compliance rigor with business scalability

Translate complex compliance workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement

Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, accurate scoping, and timely delivery
