Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, or related field required; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in insurance product management; industry knowledge required.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale product development projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ideates and develops business initiatives using product knowledge and results.
• Owns inputs to bi-annual premium and exposure projections for budgeting and forecasting.
• Provides insights on profitability, retention, and growth through cross-functional collaboration.
