Entegris, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR seeks a Senior Engineer, Product Improvement Engineering to lead problem solving and continuous improvement for CMP polishing pad products.

You will own the technical path from problem definition through investigation, solution implementation, verification, and communication. This hands-on leadership role requires strong analytical ability, clear communication, disciplined time management, and the influence to drive teams across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science & Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years leading engineering projects or cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with structured problem-solving methods (8D, DMAIC) and strong data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end resolution of customer quality issues, including 8D investigations and verification of corrective actions.
• Drive cross-functional engineering efforts across Operations, Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D.
• Develop deep technical understanding of CMP polishing pads, processes, and materials behavior.
• Apply DOE and multivariate analysis to identify improvements in product capability and reliability.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers, suppliers, and internal leadership.
