The Senior Product Manager, Digital Client Experience is a senior individual contributed role responsible for shaping the end-to-end digital journey within Asset Servicing. This role aligns initiatives across platforms, channels, and segments, identifies client needs and trade‑offs, and turns priorities into strategies that drive measurable business and client outcomes. Working closely with digital solutions, UX, technology, and product teams, this role ensures capabilities come together across the digital ecosystem, aligns stakeholders, and improves how clients engage with our platforms. Success in this role requires strong partnership across business, technology, and UX teams, along with sound judgment on when to lead through influence, build alignment, or defer to specialized expertise. Performance will be measured by stronger prioritization, improved journey coherence, increased digital adoption, and progress against business and client goals.
