Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical External Services for the AWS Billing catalog.

You will own the product model end to end: the schema, governance rules, and quality standards every product conforms to, and the new product structures service teams build on top of them. You will architect data models and lifecycle governance while collaborating with engineering across billing, metering, and cost management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• Experience collecting requirements and translating them into software features and designs.
• Experience taking a product from conception through engineering to market.

Responsibilities

• Define product framework: schema, attributes, quality rules, lifecycle governance.
• Define standard product models and relationship patterns for service categories.
• Extend catalog with new features, packages, add-ons via configuration.
• Architect agent-readable product metadata standards for AI consumption.
• Drive adoption of product standards across new offerings and catalog systems.
• Conduct direct research with service teams and data consumers to improve definitions.
• Partner with engineering across billing, metering, and cost management teams.
