Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager Technical to own the billing and commercialization experience for third-party foundation models and their buyers. You will transform contracts into system requirements and drive rapid onboarding from signed terms to accurate bills.

You will work with metering, invoicing, pricing, and the AWS Marketplace teams, influencing strategy and leading a team of PMs to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across providers and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
• 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, other related).
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience.
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience.
• 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience.
• 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space experience.
• Experience in taking a product from conception through engineering design to market.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept to GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own product definition and lead the working backwards strategy, tenets, and long-term goals for provider and buyer experience.
• Turn commercial agreements into requirements and decide what the platform absorbs through configuration versus engineering.
• Define the product vision, own the roadmap, investments and experiments to speed onboarding from months to days.
• Execute product planning and development, align releases with customer goals and business requirements.
• Lead launches for new providers and Marketplace integrations to require minimal handholding.
• Lead operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness, detect billing defects and remove manual steps from monthly cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering to balance tradeoffs against customer requirements and test the experience.
• Report on business metrics, including accuracy, latency, and onboarding time; prepare weekly and monthly leadership reviews.
