Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management for Card Technology Product Management in Chicago. This leader will modernize Capital One's Card Core, translate business strategy into digital experiences, and guide a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑impact customer solutions.

You will manage two direct PMs and three matrixed PMs, develop talent, partner with Tech and Enterprise, and define a clear long‑term vision for the Card core framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a team of two Product Managers and three matrixed Product Managers.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team through talent development and recruiting.
• Lead horizontal conversion strategy for major components of the Card Core modernization program and define long-term vision.
