Job summary

Dexian is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for a 12‑month engagement in Wilmington, DE, with potential extension and full-time conversion based on performance and budget. You will lead cross‑functional teams to define problem statements, develop customer journeys, and deliver multiple epics on a modern tech stack.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in banking/finance, especially card products and payments.

Qualifications

5–8+ years Product Management experience.
Strong experience in the Product Development Lifecycle (concept → delivery).
Proven ability to drive strategy, solve problems, and bring solutions (no hand-holding).
Strong stakeholder management and communication; exec-level updates (decks/reports).
Banking/finance background strongly preferred — ideally credit card / card products / payments.
Team is integrating a pricing capability within the card domain.

Responsibilities

Deep dive into customer journeys, product impacts, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Manage and deliver multiple epics/user stories in parallel.
Collaborate across Product, Tech, Data, Design, Ops, Architecture, Testing.
Provide oversight/support to other product team members.
Partner with Product/Tech to create test plans with an automation mindset.
