An established industry player is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their C5ISR Modular Solutions business unit. To support our continued market growth and industry leadership, we are looking for talented candidates to fill several new Product Line Manager (PLM) positions aligned with our C5ISR Modular Solutions business unit which develops Curtiss-Wright’s most advanced embedded electronics. Relevant industry experience, passion for technology, and strong sales and business leadership skills are essential for joining our team.
Positions are available in the US and Canada, with location options including US remote work or based out of a Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions US facility (excluding CA, NY, MN).
As a Product Line Manager, you will be part of a Product Management team responsible for the success of the entire C5ISR product portfolio. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product lines and application areas, including mission processing, signal processing, HPEC architectures, CPU/FPGA/GPU, networking technologies, and emerging embedded edge AI systems.
Your role includes helping grow the business through bids, proposals, and technical reviews, ensuring product differentiation, developing strategies, and managing product lifecycles. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and partners to develop solutions, define requirements, and support product launches and market growth.
Key minimum requirements include relevant hardware/software engineering or business degrees, at least 7 years of experience in product or engineering management, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Strong understanding of embedded computing, industry standards, and the defense/aerospace market is also required.
Skills desired include motivation, business acumen, data analysis, knowledge of embedded systems and safety standards, and willingness to travel.
