Senior Product Manager-C5ISR

To support our continued market growth and industry leadership, we are looking for talented candidates to fill several new Product Line Manager (PLM) positions within our C5ISR Modular Solutions business unit, which develops Curtiss-Wright’s most advanced embedded electronics. Candidates should have relevant industry experience and a passion for technology, along with strong sales and business leadership skills.
Positions are available in the US and Canada, with location options being US remote or based out of a Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions US facility (excluding CA, NY, MN).
As a Product Line Manager, you will be part of a Product Management team responsible for the success of the entire C5ISR product portfolio and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product lines and application areas, such as mission processing, signal processing, HPEC architectures, CPU/FPGA/GPU, networking technologies, and emerging embedded edge AI systems.
Your responsibilities include helping grow the business through bids, proposals, and technical reviews, ensuring market differentiation, developing strategies, defining product requirements, overseeing development lifecycles, managing product health, developing partner relationships, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and contributing to industry standards.
Minimum requirements include a relevant engineering or business degree, at least 7 years of relevant experience, US citizenship, ability to obtain a security clearance, and knowledge of embedded processing technologies and industry standards.
Skills required include motivation, business acumen, data analysis, and familiarity with military/aerospace embedded systems technologies, along with willingness to travel frequently.
