Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Product Manager II to own and advance product areas within order management and reservations. You will translate customer and business needs into clear goals and collaborate with engineering to define APIs, workflows, and scalable solutions across the transaction lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, use data to drive decisions, and measure outcomes for purchase, booking, payment, and servicing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in transaction-oriented products
• Experience with commerce, booking journeys, payments, and post-booking servicing
• Experience contributing to product vision, roadmaps, and delivery plans
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data, distributed systems or cloud tech
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority
• Strong analytics and problem-solving using data and root-cause analysis
• Experience defining product requirements and managing multi-team delivery

Responsibilities

• Own and advance a defined product area within order management and reservations
• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap for booking, payment, or servicing capabilities
• Partner with engineering to define APIs, workflows, and scalable integration improvements
• Use data and incident learnings to identify friction points and prioritize improvements
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery, including PRDs and success metrics
• Collaborate with operations to reduce failed interactions through defect reduction and monitoring
• Support experimentation and measurement of purchase, booking, payment, and servicing outcomes
• Explore AI/ML opportunities to improve reliability and automation
• Build relationships across product, engineering, analytics, finance, risk, and partners
