Expedia Group in Seattle seeks a Product Manager II to own a defined area within order management and reservations. You will drive improvements across booking, payment, and servicing, partnering with engineering, analytics, and partner teams to deliver reliable, scalable experiences across the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience owning transactional products
• Knowledge of commerce or booking journeys including payments, cancellations, refunds
• Experience shaping product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans with measurable outcomes
• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data, distributed systems, or cloud technologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data, experiments, and root-cause analysis

Responsabilités

• Own and advance a defined product area within order management and reservations
• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap development for booking, payment, and servicing capabilities
• Define APIs, workflows, and routing improvements for scalable distributed systems
• Use data and insights to identify friction points and prioritize improvements
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery
• Collaborate with operations to reduce failed customer interactions and improve reliability
• Support experimentation and measurement of purchase, booking, payment, and servicing outcomes
• Explore AI/ML opportunities to improve reliability and automation
