Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in transaction-oriented products.
• Experience with commerce or booking journeys including payments and order orchestration.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data, distributed systems or cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance a defined product area within order management and reservations.
• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap to improve booking, payment, and servicing.
• Partner with engineering to define APIs, workflows, and routing improvements for scalable systems.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify friction points and prioritize improvements.
