Job summary

Optimum is seeking a Senior Product Manager, B2B Mobile, to define and deliver AI-enabled mobile solutions. You will drive the lifecycle from concept through launch, leveraging AI/ML to enhance customer value and efficiency across the Mobile portfolio.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to align with strategic goals, develop business cases, and establish KPI-driven success metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MS or MBA or data/AI specialization preferred.
• 5–7 years cross-functional product management experience in a major telecom.
• Minimum five years in product management; 3+ years mobile product management.
• Solid understanding of mobile/digital tech, APIs, 5G and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with engineering, architecture, AI/ML systems and data platforms.
• Extensive experience with engineering, architecture and automation for B2B connectivity.
• P&L knowledge with a track record of growth.
• Ability to collaborate across organizations; data-driven decision maker.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the B2B Mobile roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Create end-to-end business cases for features with ROI and risk analysis.
• Define product vision, KPIs including AI-driven metrics.
• Draft PRDs and user stories in Jira with traceability from epics to delivery.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and enhancement.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support for product-fit.
• Define and execute an AI strategy across mobile products.
• Drive AI/ML model deployment with data science teams.
• Prioritize features based on market demand and feedback.
