Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team delivering modern SaaS solutions to small and mid sized businesses in the health and wellness industry. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our B2B product line and drive product led growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving product initiatives from conception through execution and working with business owners to understand their unique product needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and results-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for our B2B product line.
  • Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business and customer impact, and making tough trade-off decisions when necessary.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver products that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Understand the needs of our B2B customers and translate those needs into product requirements and priorities.
  • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about product development and enhancements.
  • Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the product, working with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the tech services industry, specifically with B2B products.
  • Proven experience with product led growth strategies and tactics.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
