EPAM Systems is expanding its product-management team to drive AI-powered products across the lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager | Applied AI will own vision, strategy, and delivery of one or more AI-driven products, mentoring other PMs and shaping AI features end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management delivering end-to-end products, including post-launch maintenance

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products
• Define requirements and use cases for AI features with evaluation criteria and guardrails
• Identify AI opportunities to improve products, CX, processes or outcomes
• Leverage AI tools across discovery, analysis, and planning with verification of outputs
• Prioritise features, manage backlog and releases with AI-assisted analysis
• Oversee AI feature lifecycle including model/version changes and human oversight
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams to translate intent into actionable requirements
• Communicate AI capabilities, risks and value to clients and stakeholders
• Mentor other Product Managers to raise AI capability within the team
