EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Applied AI Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products, owning strategy, vision, and roadmaps. You will drive innovation in GenAI, ML, search, and automation, collaborating with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements and guardrails.

This remote US role requires leadership of product owners/managers across a product line and the promotion of responsible AI practices, including privacy, bias

Competenze

• 5+ years in Product Management, end-to-end ownership and post-launch maintenance and multiple launches.
• Proven delivery or significant enhancement of an AI-powered product or feature (GenAI/ML/recommendations/search/automation).
• Solid AI literacy covering capabilities, limitations, failure modes, plus familiarity with product profitability, competitive positioning, and pricing.
• Experience across 3+ business domains enabling credibility as a business-domain SME.
• Daily practical use of AI in research, discovery, analysis, documentation, and prototyping with evolving tools.

Mansioni

• Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and market analysis—clearly identifying and justifying where AI adds value.
• Manage backlogs, releases, dependencies, and guardrails while balancing cost, latency, and quality for AI economics.
• Partner with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements, use cases, evaluation criteria, and quality bars.
• Influence stakeholders up to VP level, leading all critical aspects of product launches.
• Lead a team of Product Owners/Managers across a product line and promote responsible AI practices (privacy, bias, security, transparency).
