Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Applied AI to own the vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products. You will mentor other Product Managers and work with AI/ML teams to translate product intent into actionable requirements.

You will define AI feature requirements, evaluate data needs, and communicate realistic expectations to stakeholders. This is a remote US role with strong growth in AI capabilities across products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, end-to-end ownership including post-launch maintenance.
• Launched multiple products with an AI-powered component or feature (GenAI, ML, recommendations, search, automation).
• Strong strategy, vision and roadmap ownership with AI value identification.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of one or more products, including at least one AI-powered.
• Define requirements and use cases for AI features with guardrails and human oversight.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve product, CX, processes or business outcomes.
• Use AI tools across discovery, analysis, and planning with outputs verified.
• Prioritize features, manage backlog and release cycles with AI-assisted analysis.
• Manage full lifecycle of products including AI feature changes and human oversight.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams translating intent into actionable requirements.
• Set expectations with clients and stakeholders about AI capabilities, benefits and risks.
• Mentor Product Managers and raise team AI capability.
