Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Applied AI Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end AI-powered products, owning the strategy, vision, and roadmap while identifying high-value GenAI, ML, search, and automation opportunities that deliver business value.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements, manage backlogs, and drive successful product launches with a focus on responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, managing products end-to-end and post-launch maintenance.
• Proven AI-powered product experience (GenAI, ML, recommendations, search, or automation).
• Solid AI literacy regarding capabilities, limitations, and failure modes, plus product profitability and pricing.
• Expertise across 3+ business domains enabling credible SME status.
• Daily practical use of AI across research, discovery, analysis, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap with market analysis to justify AI value.
• Manage backlogs, release cycles, and support models balancing cost, latency, and quality for AI economics.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements and success criteria.
• Influence stakeholders up to VP level and lead all aspects of product launches.
• Lead a team of Product Owners/Managers and promote responsible AI practices (privacy, bias, security, transparency).
