Job summary

NiCE in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our Agentic AI line. You will partner with Product and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives and ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across channels.

You will bridge strategy and execution, align stakeholders, influence roadmaps, and drive measurable market impact in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in SaaS/AI environments.
• Own product marketing initiatives end to end from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and AI products and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing plans including positioning, messaging, launches, and asset strategy
• Partner with Product teams for roadmap alignment on value propositions and go to market
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure consistent narratives and market impact
• Develop clear messaging frameworks that differentiate products for target audiences
• Create high-quality assets: presentations, thought leadership, launch materials, sales enablement
• Apply AI-first approaches to storytelling and workflows to improve quality and efficiency
• Strengthen Product Marketing as a strategic partner influencing decisions
• Evolve processes, tools, and ways of working in a complex environment
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution to deliver outputs driving results
