Job summary

Alaska Airlines is seeking a Studio Program Manager to lead its in-house creative studio operations and project delivery. As an individual contributor, you will manage projects from concept through production, prioritize work, and align with brand and business goals.

The role requires 4 years in a production role within a creative environment, a marketing/PM focused degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and present work to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4 years in a production role within a creative studio, agency or in-house team.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, project management or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
• Experience establishing processes and systems to efficiently manage a creative studio environment.
• Experience as a project manager or equivalent leadership on creative projects.
• Experience implementing projects involving process improvement.
• Ability to manage expectations in a high‑pressure, deadline‑filled environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
• Ability to present creative work to stakeholders; defend decisions and gain alignment.
• Ability to identify problems and collaboratively develop alternatives for solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exercise judgement to prioritize projects from strategic brand initiatives to quick-turn design projects.
• Supports the implementation of systems/software to achieve efficient, cost-effective operation.
• Manages execution of projects from initial design concepts through final production.
• Identifies opportunities to expedite delivery and reduce cost with recommended actions.
• Reports and optimizes output from the creative studio, tracking requests and timelines.
• Collaborates with portfolio managers to align projects with strategic goals.
• Ensures systems monitor production flow of assigned work.
• Documents project changes and prepares presentation materials for reviews.
