Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Vault Medical. You will leverage AI to automate content lifecycle, speed medical reviews, and automate literature publishing while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities include hands-on design, agile iteration, and collaboration with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to build production-ready AI Agent applications and measure ROI with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
• Technical proficiency: Python and AI frameworks/APIs.
• Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for regulated content.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders in Legal, Medical, and Regulatory departments.
• Experience collaborating with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for complex workflows.
• Experience with data modeling (ERDs).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ambiguity.
• Based in a region in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
• Authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, define, configure, and validate AI solutions rapidly to solve problems in the right order.
• Design, implement, and iterate AI/ML features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Author and design high-quality specifications for engineering teammates.
• Lead AI orchestration, data flow design, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases in Medical Affairs workflows and enable ROI.
• Define and track KPIs for AI success to demonstrate value to stakeholders.
• Work with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to harmonize solutions across applications.
